Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website, requesting a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any written order summary provided to you. If you do not agree, do not use the website or order services.

Our role and service scope

Maan Solutions Inc provides document preparation, business filing and administrative support. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, bank or government agency, and we do not provide legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

Your exact service scope, fee and expected deliverables are described on the applicable order page or written service confirmation. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

Information you provide

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information. You must have authority to provide information for every owner, officer, director or related person included in an application. We may pause work while information, identity evidence or authorization is incomplete.

Government and third-party decisions

Processing times and approvals are controlled by states, the IRS, banks, payment processors and other third parties. We cannot guarantee a filing date, EIN issuance, bank account, merchant account or other third-party approval. Estimated timelines are informational only.

Fees and government charges

Our service fees pay for the work described in your order. Government filing fees and third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated. Those charges may change without notice. Any refund eligibility is governed by the refund terms disclosed with your order.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website or our services for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, misrepresentation, unlawful activity, interference with the website or infringement of another person’s rights. We may decline or stop work when reasonably necessary for compliance or safety.

Intellectual property

The website design, original text, graphics and Maan Solutions branding are owned by or licensed to Maan Solutions Inc. You may use your completed company documents for their intended business purpose, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit our website materials without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and general educational information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maan Solutions Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for a decision made by a government agency or third party.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of New York, without limiting rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
